So, as you can see, fame is great. Beggers idolize you, and you are feared and respected by your enemies. Are you sure this wasnt something from a mod? I have played this game since it came out and I have never had that happen to me.Nope. It must've been a glitch. But I conquerored tons of land and he gave me some gold.
