CTD when sleeping

I'm having some troubles with my current skyrim. I am trying to join the dark brotherhood. I have some so far that I need to sleep to get kidnapped, however whenever I do sleep my game crashes without warning. It goes to the loading screen and just shut down.

 

I am having the same problem when I enter the ratways(?) in Riften. Whenever I start a fight the game goes straight to CTD.

I have tried to play around with my current mods.
