Deleted3008696User
Now that we have a real 1st person, realistic combat and deadly dragons. all we need is the ability to dodge, lock on in third person, better attack animations and damage taken based on whether or not you collided with an enemies weapon then bam! Perfect combat. So to begin with lets think of dodging. I think that a dodge roll is awesome but for now lets think simple. Fast jumps. You see my idea is that you move faster when you jump however don't jump as high. This way if an enemy is about to attack you, you jump to the right to dodge their attack. Also this is a bit more realistic as in reality you don't climb mountains by jumping onto rocks and glitchily walking into the side of the mountain. So my question is how do I modify the table of movement speeds? Don't mean to be rude or anything; but if you use the SEARCH function and type "animation" you'll find a nice tutorial that will tell you how to do what you want done... you'll have to do it yourself though; with all due respect. Also; there is a small animation mod that does kind of what you're asking... I think it's called "fake dodge" or something similar; search for it if you're interested.
