Werewolf-Form: Can't open map, inventory, werewolf-perks (playing on PC)

Hi fellas,

I'm just unable to open the map, inventory and the werewolf-skills during werewolf-form.

I don't know, if it's just a "normal" state or if it's a bug.
I'm in the very early stage of being a werewolf and cannot sort, if the perk-menu will be available after enough feeds and earning my first perk-point.

I'm using several mods, but nothing which should "intervene" with any data regarding werewolf-form itself or UI... just graphical upgrades for the environment / weather.
Just the Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch for bugfixing.

Or could it correlate with changing the keyboard-controls / button layout??
