White "ghosting/trail" effect around character

UPDATE: Switching to Obsidian Weathers from Vivid Weathers apparently fixed the problem. Worth trying to look at your weather mod if you experience something like this.

 

Hello!

 

I experience a strange effect around my character & other non-static things. It looks like a white ghosting / trail aura. It's visible on this screenshot:

But it is even more noticeable in motion.

 

I installed a few visual mods and an ENB but I don't know which mod or parameter is causing it. Do you have any suggestions please? :confused:

I should probably mention that's it's only visible on grass background.

I had something similar (but worse), and I also use an ENB. What fixed mine was disabling prepass in the enbseries.ini under the Effect section - EnablePrepass=false

While ingame I toggled all the settings I could to find out what was causing that horrid effect, but, as many don't stick right there and then, even after applying the changes, I quit and just edited the file instead.

I'm fairly new to ENB's, could never use them on my old PC, so it's all trial and error for me :smile:

EnablePrepass was already turned off. I doubt the ENB is at fault because this thing is also present when the ENB is turned off.

Thanks for the suggestion though!
