Carry weight capped at 80 when using Racemenu

As the title itself says, carry weight gets capped at 80 and constantly changes when i either equip or unequip items. This only happens when playing a female character, if i start as a male character the carry weight is normal until i switch to female character, which led me to believe that the problem is either in race menu or with Xmpse skeleton mod.
I haven't found anything about that issue anywhere on the forums so any help would be greatly appriciated.

I would try player.modav carryweight 100

 

Managing inventory weight is no fun for me, so the first thing I do on a new character when my hands are untied is modav carryweight to about 10,000 stones (1,000,000 on SSE).
