Freeze on arrest

So as the topic says my game freezes when ever I'm arrest whether its a standard arrest or the cidhna mine quest the guard say the "you're going to rot" line then the game freezes but the music still plays.

the obvious suspects Where "silenced prisoners" "Serious crimes of skyrim" and "blood and silver cidhna mine expanded" but after uninstalling them and still having the problem I'm at a loss.

I've never had this happen, but I could offer a couple suggestions (wild guesses). Disable the mods you suspect, make sure Skyrim.ini has bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 under [Archive]. In the game console enter ClearInvalidRegistrations to clear any scripts that the disabled mods may have left running. Then i would save the game, exit, and restart the game. Some folks recommend waiting an hour after a CIR command. I don't know about that, but you could hit T and enter to try that. Then I would enable one mod at a time to try to isolate which one is causing this.

Alright i figured out the bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 and nothing.

alright i disabled all the plugins and went through each one i didn't find the one causing the problem but the problem also mysteriously disappeared so... solved?

I don't know, I'm skeptical. That's the worst kind of problem to troubleshoot. It just started working and we don't know why. On the bright side, you can fix it now if happens again.

This happened to me few times,I remember I solved it by disabling Oblivion gates in open cities mod,although if I'm using only open cities mod everything works fine,very mysterious.Also I think that maybe some mods that changes dialog could couse it,Some items in your inventory can cause it too,next time it happens try dropping all of the items you have.
