Initial female character with underware

I have a problem I cannot fix. At the beginning of a new game in Skyrim Special Edition the female character shows up with underwear on yet I have used naked mods to start the female character so I can dress her the way I want. It works just fine for the male character but the female character always has this goofy underwear (top and bottom) on even though I have added a naked female body to the game for the player character.

This combo in the regular Skyrim works for a nude female once the rags are removed but not in Special Edition.

I have searched everywhere for the file to amend but nothing I do changes this.

Can anyone, thank you, give me a place that I need to change the codes? I have tried on my own but nothing works.

Judging from that description, did you download it from Sevennity's tumbr page? The one there contains 3 different versions and is not packaged for mod manager installation. You could manually repackage the tumblr version, but there's no need. Instead, I suggest downloading it from the SeveNBase Nexus page. It's the same version except that there are separate install packages.
