Wrye Bash issue

I've been having a really weird issue with Wrye Bash. For some reason the mod list won't update after I install them. I tried every way to refresh the content, but nothing works. LOOT and MO display the correct lists with the correct plugins activated, but Wrye Bash only detects existing mods being deactivated, not new mods being added. Not even a clean reinstall of Wrye Bash helps. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks in advance!

UPDATE: After repatching ASIS, Wrye Bash notifies me that the ASIS.esp file is missing masters. After looking, it does register that the .esps of the mods I'm attempting to install (Sacrosanct and Relighting Skyrim mainly) are missing/inactive, but it still doesn't display the mods. It did update to detect the new ASIS.esp though.
