Which version of FOMM are you trying to install? Please provide the link, to ensure accuracy.

Where are you attempting to install FOMM to? Which drive and folder/path?

If you are a "beginner" and "don't know about all of this", then you should not be using a registry cleaner. None of them are safe enough to use without understanding how they affect things. If your install failed to create an entry in the Windows "Programs and Feature" Control Panel, it did not get far enough to affect the registry. If it did, then you should use the Control Panel to uninstall the program. A registry cleaner is a "last resort" tool.
