Ctd Bugged Mod? Load Order? ?

After running loot, editing SKSE.ini, recreating my Skyrim.ini, and uninstalling a few possible cause and one very script heavy mods I'm still have a Ctd after creating a new character. If anyone has more advice or can tell me what's wrong I would appreciate it.
