They not only take hundreds of bullets to kill, but their DT is too high to get through. This is with the population of Goodsprings and the Powder Gangers that attack Goodsprings in the quest. (on "normal") Another problem is that these enemies also have plasmas pistols, flamers etc. at the very beginning of the game. If I start a vanilla game it, of course, works as intended, but with these mods it is impossible. I'm almost sure that FOOK introduces the errors but I never had problems before (only FOOK and Project Nevada should touch these things). Anyone else had problems with FOOK and/or Project Nevada before, or is it something different?
luthienanarion
Re-install Project Nevada and get the Rebalance module. It gives you settings that will make kills a lot faster by removing health bonuses associated with level and making headshots nullify DT if an enemy is not wearing a helmet. The higher-end guns are probably caused by AWOP. Make sure you grab version 5.0 that was released yesterday, and read up on the included patches. Strecki
Thanks for your tips, I installed the Rebalance module and it is a little better with tweaked settings. But I never had the problem before, where I'm not able to kill anything at the beginning. There must be a cause to this. (Simply not installing FOOK, Project Nevada could be one solution...but some of the changes are really needed) As suggested I downloaded the newest version of AWOP and added the AWOPLowLootGeneral.esp which solved the other problem. Thanks! EDIT: I read in the AWOP comments that the author made Cobbs gang much stronger, because of the extra NPCs in Goodsprings, that may be the problem. Enemies (Creatues and Humans) after that point are much easier to defeat. So, problem solved. Edited June 3, 2012 by Strecki
