Any Must have mods?

I'v never modded a game before but i have recently got a new computer and decided its time to add some spice to skyrim. The problem is im totally over whelmed with all the amazing looking mods and also worried about them conflicting with each other.

 

Is there any must have mods out there that you guys as a community feel are "must have" Im thinking more about graphical improvement but i like the look of a lot of the content mods too xD.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
