User TheMalazan wrote in the comments section of another mod(Sexy Mannequins SSE):"Although the mod was originally intended for LE, a simple re-save in the SE CK is all it takes to make it work. You may want to contact him/her and see if you can post it as a patch. Hope this helps." I am just a Mod User and have never worked with Bethesda CK. So, sadly it´s not easy for me.
