Details:

Mod uploaded 17 August 2018, 04:18AM:
The mod is based on ported assets and requires another mod to work. The required mod is not availabe or not allowed on Nexus.

Uploader‘s mod description (excerpt):
„…You have to find the Titanfall 1 armors off-site. StandbyforTitanfall...“

The mod so was only meant to be downloaded by users that have obtained the required mod from another site. Only users that had obtained the required mod from the other site actually could make use of the mod.


Mod uploaded 19 August 2018, 04:17PM:
The mod
• contains ported assets/edited sound effect files from another game without providing the original creators‘/right holders‘ permisssion
• requires another mod to work that is not available or not allowed on Nexus.
• was meant to be downloaded only by those members that have obtained the required mod from the other site.

„Fire FX non-silenced replacer for the P06 rifle from Black OPS 3“

Uploader’s comment on their mod comments page 19 August 2018, 7:36PM:
„I'm not a member of the original website :smile: There are some people on the Nexus who this will benefit. This is for them. I can't distribute the original mod, so... sorry for being a tease? I don't wanna get banned man.“

Information and advice to the uploader/user concerned:
You have been on the edge of being banned from the site from my point of view.
My decision to issue this formal warning might be overruled at any time by an admin (after being reviewed) and turned into an immediate ban of your account.

You might check any other files you uploaded to Nexus, concerning their compliance with the Nexus Terms and Policies. If they do not comply with our Terms and Policies, please, take them down immediately.
If the staff should get aware of other files or new files you uploaded to the site that violate the Terms and Policies, your account is rather likely to be banned immediately - without any, further or previous warning.
