Here we can analyze what is said. I mean no offense by it, but what you first wrote was like you just came up with 5 ideas and slapped them into 1 sentence. I will try to understand it so we all can understand perfectly.

 

You want:

 

1 race with hair from the childhood(?)

And a Elric auto-mail arm. Which, by googling, seemed to be a mechanical arm.

Shapeshifting spells, or a spell that allows you to transform into whomever it is cast on.

A transmutation circle. Where exactly?

A "spark" glove that cast fireballs. Not sure what you mean by that, but okay.

A clapping animation to use alchemy.

Not quite sure what this means.

A philosopher's stone to heal people with.

A "Kishin"(?) to revive dead people. What is a Kishin?

In essence you want the armor/clothes/whatever from the main character, Elric, from the anime "Fullmetal alchemist". You also want a town having the voices from the mentioned anime. Then you also want to keep some of the concepts, with the stone and whatnot.

 

I assume I've missed something, but this would be a start for everybody not understanding. Just hit me up if I misunderstood something!

I am working on the Alchemy portion, or what should be appropriately called, Transmutation which will also include the Philosopher's Stone (which is technically a soul gem). If someone wants to go ahead and create a city with the characters in it, feel free to let me or vestt2 know. That way we can work together.

 

All in all, the Transmutation factor isn't that hard to create, just requires some ingenuity and patience, but not as much patience as creating a town requires. And I lack that amount, plus i am terrible at creating meshes and textures.

 

And Matth85, you obviously haven't seen Full Metal Alchemist, so a lot of the wording that he used wouldn't make sense to you. No offence.

That said, and it is a little too easy to misunderstand what the OP meant. Not because of lack of knowledge of the certain anime, but because the english used. My point was simply to clear it up. Not everybody sees a lot of anime.

 

To put it in perspective: Out of the 20% of people that can do this, only 10% knows the serie. Out of the 10% that knows it, only 50% understands it. Just to pull some numbers out of my ass, but to prove my point. I do not plan to do this, and I guess you got a better shot at it since you know of this. At least I can help improve the chance that somebody might get interested in it.

 

There are a few guidelines to making a good request. About all request are never done. A decent request will not be looked at by any decent modders. A bad one will get, at best, somebody like me coming and "translating" and/or giving tips.

 

Nevertheless, good luck with it!

I too am a fan of Fullmetal Alchemist and would love to see these things in the game, though by the looks of it, it could take quite some time.
