Anyone else doing crossover fanfictions?

So I made a character in Oblivion that I fell in love with. She was awesome, had some great happenstances with her, and with a few other user created characters she became an easy "cool/near villain- type" character for a story (while the others filled different roles). All this with some great mods, decent in-game quests, and lore friendly ideas it's become a pretty great adventure (at least to myself). And now that I've started playing Skyrim I've recreated this main character and given her some added abilities as well as a newly revised name that's not so different you can't recognize her thus continuing her life-story.

This works because; if I'm right, Skyrim takes place only about seven years or so after Oblivion (but time may not be so important for immortals, bwahahahaha). So, I was curious if anyone else was feeling the way I do. If so, feel free to express your rekindled love affair with TES.

From what I understand, the time between Oblivion and Skyrim is more like 200 years, as the events of Oblivion mark the end of the third era, and Skyrim begins in the year 201 of the fourth era.

However, more on topic, I have recreated my primary Oblivion character in Skyrim, and I do plan on doing some writing that will explain her presence in Skyrim, probably involving a lot of strange magical madness, and a hint of humor. I hope to eventually make this into a mod, as well.

Skyrim is 200 years later, my character is the same though, in oblivion I play half the game as a human breton then in the middle of the university quests he becames a vampire, and that´s how he is the same character.

I had planned to do this back when Skyrim was still on the 'coming soon' list. Then for some reason I got crestfallen with Skyrim for a while but now that I've finally fallen in love with the game, fan fiction is certainly back on the agenda
