SunshineBlind Posted August 21, 2018 Share Posted August 21, 2018 I've managed to track Red Bear up to the mountains, past Flagg. I made it to the three captives, and it's my understanding that Red Bear should spawn and initiate a dialogue with the player by now. But he doesen't. Nobody shows up. At all.
