LE Vampire mod idea

I just thought of an interesting mod idea for Skyrim. Obviously as the title suggests, it's vampire related. The idea is pretty simple. You start out as a weak vampire, but you get tougher and stronger with each person you turn. So if you turned an entire town, you could be pretty tough. You'd actually feel like a master vampire. It'd be nice if there was some scripting to it that chose random vampires you turned and killed them while you were away. It'd give you a message prompt that X had been slain, you'd take some damage, lose some stats, then get a radiant quest to hunt down the killer.

Does anyone know of a mod that does this or feel like taking a crack at it?

The first half of your idea is kinda covered by Sacrosanct, which features reverse progression (you're more powerful when fed, and weaker when blood-starved), an ageing system (the more days you've spent as a vampire, the more powerful you get) and also features 'hemomancy', or blood magic, which are unique spells that can only be unlocked by completely draining people of their blood (you get a prompt asking you if you want to drain them when feeding). So draining one person will give you the first hemomancy skill, after you've drained three people you'll get another, then at 10 another skill, etc.

It's all very well balanced, doesn't feel overpowered, and really adds to the experience of starting out as a weak vampire and steadily becoming stronger as you survive and feed.
To get the most out of Sacrosanct you'll want to start the Dawnguard questline and unlock vampire lord, as it also completely reworks that skill tree and adds tons of new skills.

Not sure if you can turn people into vampires in Sacrosanct though.
