Avulliet3 Posted June 5, 2012 Posted June 5, 2012 For a while now i have been trying to install Nevada Skies URWLified and every time i am unsuccessful. I have tried different ways of installing it and all ways have failed; First: i tried downloading "NSkies_URWLified_31_AllInOne-35998-3-1" with NMM and it was able to download 25%-50% of the file before the download fails and the NMM stops the download. Secondly: i tried to download the file manually from nexus and then tried adding it through NMM by clicking "add mod from folder", but then the mod manager crashes and gives me an error warning. when this occurs, i then have to go in and delete the "NSkies_URWLified_31_AllInOne-35998-3-1.rar" file in the mods folder of the Nexus Mod Manager, and then uninstall NMM, and then re install it again to get the NMM to open without crashing on start up. Thirdly: the latest thing i have tried was to open the "NSkies_URWLified_31_AllInOne-35998-3-1.rar" file with winRAR and then extract it to my desk top, i then turned the extracted file into a .rar file which was by default named fomod.rar. then i went into the NMM and clicked "add mod from file" and added the fomod.rar file. It then finally was downloaded to the NMM. But then when i tried activating the file, nad a failure message popped up and said "the mod was not activated". I feel like i have tried everything to get this mod to install and nothing has worked. Has anyone else encountered this problem???Any suggestions on anything else i can try? please please help! i also attached some of my most recent trace logs.

TheUnmoddedMan Posted June 6, 2012 Posted June 6, 2012 Get 7-zip. Extract file. Open NMM. Select mods tab. Select new mod from file. Select file. NMM should open it then. Unless it hasn't downloaded properly. The mod auther of URWL is banned. But another version of the mod is downloadable from his old site. Search google for new vegas urwl -nexus. If all else fails, install project reality instead.
