Graphical issue with Hair / Face.

I'm experiencing a graphical glitch with my character. There are a bunch of white outlines / rough edges on NPC/Player Characters. Most bothersome are the eyes. It makes them very blurry, most detail is lost.

The white outlines including the rough edges are visible on clothes, hair and body.Â

This graphical glitch also occurse when turning off the ENB.

I'm guessing it's a setting in "Oblivion Reloaded" or "Oblivion.ini", but if anyone experienced this before or if this problem is completely normal, please let me know.

EDIT: Fixed, I re-installed Oblivion reloaded with the correct Effects/shader options for my enb, now it looks better than before.
