Eyes facing right on Delilah (possibly other characters)

I had this problem some time ago, and somehow rectified it after reinstalling every mod I was using. It seems to have cropped up again, but is there a way to overcome this problem without needing to reinstall everything?

I get the feeling this has something to do with my installing of NV Character Expansion in place of NV Redesigned 3, and this issue happens even when I start a new game. Should I then reinstall NVCR FIRST then Delilah, or the other way around?

Please see the 'Issue: Body Replacer -" entries (particularly 'Issue: Body Replacer - FCO or FNV Redesigned3 Eyes rolled to the side')

under the 'Solutions to Graphics problems' section in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide.

But as for "do I need to reinstall everything", the answer is: technically, no; but in practice, yes. Body replacement is just that: "replacement" of vanilla files. You have to restore the vanilla files you have overwritten. Unless you (or your mod manager) have backed up the vanilla files you have overwritten, the only way to restore them is the Steam/GOG "verify local game files" option, which will restore ALL vanilla files; and usually that means you have to re-install all your other mods that also replace vanilla files.

I've resolved the issue by unchecking all active mods, then manually reactivating them one by one. I did NVCE first before Delilah, so now I no longer have the eyes issue. I'll be sure to look out if it comes back, and with the links you've provided, I should be able to rectify the problem next time I face it.

Thank you once more! :D
