Rockshatter still bugged...

going through massive frustration here.

 

I have SI installed AND the 1.2 patch.

I have both "Rockshatter fix" mod AND "NoQuestItems" mod (makes quest items droppable)

AND I have tried every console command of removeitem with every ID of rockshatter.

 

and yes, both those mods are at the very end of my load order

 

I can't remove this damn thing at all. I really don't understand why none of the above methods work. With the "NoQuestItems" mod I can drop my Blade of Woe, but still can't drop my Rockshatter. I even opened up the CS and removed the script associated with all rockshatters, and I still can't drop the damned thing.

 

I know I can finish the quest with the setstage command, but even before or after, I can't remove this damned thing.

 

Google searching around still hasn't helped me. After all these tries it still won't drop. WTF is wrong. Bout to throw something. Hate this god damned quest. any help would be massively appreciated

 

edit- oh, and there is only one rockshatter. double checked the corpse and it's empty. there were never 2 rockshatters yet this is still bugged.
