im pretty sure i installed the mods right, basically just extracted them to Data, I used the installer for OOO.

i officaly patched up to 1.20416,

patched OOO 1.31

start up with obse_loader.exe

now random things are Big yellow splashs that say "WTF Your missing meshes"

and about 90% of all NPCS are invisible except somtimes there heads, arrows.

I havent played oblivion in years and i would really love to start playing again but i cant with these horrible glitches.

Help me obi-wan ur my only hope.

**Update

Im pretty sure i narrowed it down to being an OOO mod problem.

thats about it.

Is your Oblivion installed to the default location of C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\?

While I don't have OOO installed to confirm, there's a chance that its meshes use hardcoded texture paths to that very location (plus Data\Textures\, of course), and an installation residing elsewhere may end up being broken by it.

A great tool for identifying the offender(s) in this scenario is here:

http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=16704

...which to be most informative, also requires the OBSE plugin known as Elys Pluggy, the latest version of which is always available here:

http://karamail.nerim.net/elys/Pluggy/

If you use the ZIP version, make sure you unzip it to where its DLL file and DLX files reside in Oblivion\Data\OBSE\plugins\ (you'll probably have to create this directory), else OBSE won't be able to find and initialize it.

The 'official' indicator for a missing mesh is a large yellow 3d block with a light purple exclamation point inside. The yellow 'splotch' with WTF! is a mod of this that can be a little more informative. the lower point of the splotch is supposed to point to the location where the mesh isn't.

The yellow indicator is always a warning that the game could not find the mesh in question. As you are missing parts of bodies also, you are missing some textures also. Therefore, Your meshes, textures and probably some other files from some of your mods are not in the right place.

Try reinstalling, use a unzipper like 7-zip. It seems to get things in the right place better than some of the others. winzip is probably the worst, it wants to put everything in the data folder instead of the meshes and textures folders.

Sometimes you can find a folder inside of the data folder with the name of your mod. if you do, you need to move the textures folder inside of it to the texture folder in the data folder and the meshes from there into the meshes folder - just use move or drag and drop the folder from the mod folder to the \data\textures folder and from the mod folder to the \data\meshes folder.

agree with bben except for one point :P

winzip doesnt just put the stuff where you say... like winrar etc you can activate a checkmark box saying somin like "extract relative pathes" which extracts not only in the specified directory but also those defined in the archive... but dont ask me where to find it... prolly under preferences... didnt touch winzip since years
