Ivy in Riverwood become Red

I forget when this happen

One day go back to riverwood

only this two and other two just nearly the entrance of riverwood turn red

I didn't see this problem in other places of skyrim

I tried to disable some mod about grass, ivy or riverwood

but doesn't work for me :(

I had the same problem and just found the fix. It's caused by the mod R's Farmhouse and Fences. Install Red Ivy Hotfix 2.0, overwriting the J's other mods.
