Skyrim Graphics

I've been out of the modding game for a while, and Skyrim too. I am thinking of getting a new file around with the DLC announcement and all. What are some mods/tweaks to improve visual quality of the game? I have the HIGHRES texture pack and the 1.6 beta. I am not looking for some outdated guide to the best mods from December. Preferably a post from a knowledgeable person about all the current and good graphics mods.

Here is a more current and possibly better water mod: WATER

So, the first one is from OpticShooter and came out shortly after the game, while the second seems to be a more polished version. And that's just it. I am looking for the current best visual mods, and I don't want to see any mods that were good, but have been outdone with a newer mod. I'd just like to see the newer mod please! :thumbsup:
