ctd trying to make bijins harem

I love bijins work, so i try to get all his characters together in one place. I am using player mod housing dragonsmount and eff. I can get a lot in but the higher the number of npcs the more the crashes. I am not sure if if i put them in a game generated house that would make any difference.

Im using skse and heres my enb boost memory config

I know this seems unimportant but its the most enjoyable activity i have in skyrim.

Any one could help me get them all in one place would become my favorite person of all time.

I dont understand whats crashing or why. i dont have the in depth understanding.
