Help I don't know what cause my recent CTD

So I've decided to come back playing Skyrim after many months. I reinstall Skyrim and all the mods + trying to install ENB. After playing a while I think ENB doesn't suit me because it's too bright so I uninstall it (It's Realvision ENB, I follow every instruction written in the mod page). I went exploring Leveler's tower and save there. The next day I came out of Leveler's tower I got instant CTD without warning and I decide to make a new save with Alternate Start. I tried it twice : First I choose to escape the prison, but everytime I past two stone pillars, it CTD'd. Second I choose to play the vanilla, after the dragon attack I CTD'd again. Tried uninstall and reinstalling everything, clean everything with LOOT and TES5Edit (I'm a noob in mooding so I don't use Wrye Bash and MO), and deactivate mods that I think cause it and still get CTD.
