Mahine1
EnaiRim Rebalanced - Special Edition Patch Required Masters: Apocalypse, Ordinator, Imperious, Andromeda, and Smilodon Recommended Accompaniments: Summermyst, Thunderchild, and Sacrosanct Background: I know nothing about mod creation and have no idea how easy or difficult this proposed modification patch would be to make. But I am a fan of Enai Siaion's mods, and I'd love to see them re-balanced in a way that's friendly towards the myriad of hardcore difficulty mods out there. I realize that a lot of these modifications can be achieved piecemeal, but it would be nice to see it in an all-in one esp of sorts. Rebalanced Perk, Spell, Standing Stone, and Racial Effects: -Modify the in-game descriptions of all spells, perks, and effects to reflect the balance changes made in this modification patch. -Disable all forms of Disarms, so that weapons are never unequipped by force. -Triple the base duration of the Oakflesh, Stoneflesh, Ironflesh, Ebonyflesh, and Dragonhide spells to 180 seconds. -Allow mechanical targets to be affected by The Monarch perk. -Add an additional perk point at levels 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 15, and every 5 levels from then onwards. -Add a bonus 100 points of hidden armor whenever a full set of either light or heavy armor is worn, excluding helmets when the relevant perks apply. -Grant all races the passive racial effect “Nomadic Heritage”, which provides infinite stamina outside of combat. -Give Redguards a new racial effect, “Child of the Sands”, which grants +75% increased resistance to all diseases. -Remove the sleep-dependent leveling bonuses from the standing-stone effects Warrior’s Path, Mage’s Path, and Thief’s Path. Revert those bonuses back to a 10% flat bonus to all the vanilla skills for each stone, without removing their other unique bonus. Dark Souls inspired combat modifications: -Remove Smilodon’s Timed Block feature. -Modify the Ordinator timed block perk such that the blocking timeframe is reduced to 0.5 seconds, and the damage reduction is increased to 100%, ie. blocks all damage. -Add a 5-point stamina cost for blocking. - Reduce the stamina cost of barehanded and dagger attacks to 5-points. -Reduce the stamina cost for swimming and holding a bow drawn to 2/second. -Cut the stamina cost of all power attacks by 50%. -Set a 20-stamina minimum requirement for fulfilling a power attack, in the absence of which the attack would become a normal attack. -Reduce the stamina regeneration delay to 1 second. -Increase the in-combat magica and stamina regeneration rates to 300% and 600% respectively, such that the magica regeneration in combat is the same as outside of combat, and the stamina regeneration in combat would be twice as out-of-combat if not for the global Nomadic Heritage. -Increase walking speed to 150, running speed to 400, slow sneaking speed to 100, fast sneaking speed to 260, and sprinting speed to 600. -Add equipment-encumbered speed debuffs, such that each equipped article of light armor and one handed weapons reduce running and sprinting speeds by 5. -Add equipment-encumbered speed debuffs, such that each equipped article of heavy armor and 2-handed weapons reduce running and sprinting speeds by 20, and all other speeds by 10. WastelandAssassin
you don't actually need a mod to change most of theseif you get Wildcat instead of Smilodon , you get an MCM menu where you can manually change many of the features of the mod . this includes turning specific features on and off , tweaking things like stamina consumption etcnot sure about Smilodon , but I believe it allows less configurations due to it having a power instead of an MCM menu . I don't think you can configure settings that way , only toggle them on and off (but if you run the mod you should check to verify just what you can and can't do using the configuration power)perk points per level are done via an uncapper ini , so you can get the uncapper and modify it yourself to get however many perk points you need a lot of the rest you should be able to easily do yourself , if you are familiar with SSEEdit or the CK . some might require some scripting knowledge as well , but if it isn't already a part of an existing mod it's likely something no one has written quite yet
