Rettro Posted June 6, 2012 Share Posted June 6, 2012 Project Nevada says it's implants 'with the proper Science skill those can be upgraded up to 3 times'... My question is how? I can't find a recipe on a workbench and just clicking the thing does nothing, and my local implant surgeon seems clueless. Anyone care to explain this?
