[LE] Creature Detection Question

Reletively new to the creation kit, so sorry if this has been asked before.

 

I'm trying to reverse engineer the conditions for when an NPC yells at a dog ("stupid dog") or just non-combat creature detection in general. Could someone point me in the proper direction?

It works with an Actor Hello Event. Look at the quest Dialogue Generic Dog Hellos. In the quest alias tab you will see how the actors are setup. The greeting npcs are put into a formlist and are chosen through a condition. The dogs voice are shared data from quest Creature Dialogue Dog. The greeting is setup as a scene.

The quest is attached to the Story Manager as an Actor Hello Event.
