Load Order of these Mods?

I've been out of oblivion modding for almost 5 years....SO can you help me in my mod order?

I'm using the bevilex guide and now I am in the OCO2 method but I don't know what to install first. Is it the roberts body and Eve HGEC body or the OCO2?

and by the way I want to install the armamentarium and the MMM,OOO and some other animation. Can you help me out sort these things out? and btw I just saw this post but I don't know If i should follow it or not:

- (Optional) "Tails" Package found at SE-Roberts
- (Optional) SE- Robert Male v5.2 all-in-1 Addons (if you have mods that require Roberts body to be installed)

- (Optional) SE-HGEC Replacers for other mods that you have installed that require HGEC.
