DEADmetal
Hello fellow adventurers and Skyrim gods. I'd like to see a mod which would make swimming realistic. I'm an in depth immersion player who favours realism and i just can't see my hero (or other NPC) jump into water with all the gear and armor on and pull out some olympic performance, i'd more gladly see it drowning instead. I'd like to be forced to strip my gear and leave it on the shore while questing or exploring under water and carrying just a pair of daggers. That way, island quests would feature a higher level of difficulty and a whole new (realistic) experience to player. Water wouldn't be just something that drains breath bar and reduces visibility but a real water instead in which you could drown if acting foolish, thus more feared field of gameplay. At first you could do it the simple way - just limit the max inventory weight with which character could swim (skip the NPC part) - if exceeded - character pulled to the bottom and release the mod (make many variations of the file). Then, if you would, you could review it in depth and make next release featuring more realistic details on the aspect (make NPC avoid water as well).
