I was wondering if their was a mod that allowed you to change an NPC

I was wondering if their was any mod in existence that would allow me to change an NPC in a fashion similar to the enableclassmenu command

allowing for setup of an NPC and so on using console commands or a GUI in game.

I know a similar mod that you're looking for exist for Oblivion.

 

You can always search on MMH for such mods, but I've no idea if a mod like that exist or not.
