Achronos
O.K. I have this weird glitch, when i play oblivion, the game is infront of my screen, but my cursor isn't "locked" in, so when I play fullscreen , I might be unknowingly moving stuff on my desktop around, and if the mouse appears on the side of my screen while im playing, then I press it, it sorta ALT-TAB's me out, strange thing is, if it does that while im using a menu of sorts and I go back into the game, it freezes until I restart it. When I'm playing on windowed mode, while im moving my char I can see my cursor on the desktop move, so whenever I attack, it presses the desktop, ALT-TAB'ing my again. :thanks: Thanks in advance =D
Deleted269910User
I know this one very well, check for it every once in a while by moving your cursor to the top left corner, if you can see your mouse, then just click, oblivion minimizes, alt+tab back, if the game is completely frozen, press ctrl+alt+del, then click on oblivion.exe and choose "bring to front" which solves the freezing, I'm looking into this bug myself, but haven't found the solution yet. bben46
This can be caused by an in game messenger type program running in the background. Such as Xfire.

Deleted269910User
Mine has happened a few times w/o xfire etc. Might just go and check the logs if I'd find the reason there. edit: Found mine, an encryption program my external hard drive uses, runs on the background in case of file transfers, ENCRDLG.exe. Also antivirus software popups can cause the same effect(f-secure autoupdater, etc.) and in some cases a fullscale crash.
