You can try to roll back to the old skyrim se version -or- wait for the team behind sks64 to update, in order for it to work again. Same goes for other mods that relay on skse64. Best thing that happen, it's a really useful tool in skyrim se. Lots of mods I use relay on it. I know it sucks that Bethesda only updates to push out more crappy paid mods.
