Things like the party in the Thalmor Embassy during the Main Quest, or the Feasts from Mount and Blade. (http://mountandblade.wikia.com/wiki/Feasts) If you're a Thane/Guild Master, or once you're Dragonborn and have completed certain quests, you should be invited to go to the Feasts. Maybe make it tied to the Holidays mod, so the Nobility celebrates the holidays inside their keeps?No need for it to be anything complicated, just having them do it would be nice.
