LE Is that possible to make follower mod character to become a playable race character?

I've found some follower mod, like Sylvanas etc. I really like their character's appearance and armors/weapons, but those mod are followers. Is that possible to make those followers mod become a playable race character in the game? How should I do to change those mods?
