Crops added Dirt tile

Is there any mod, or would it be easy, to add a dirt tile to plantable crop meshes? I would hope it wouldn't be a solid square, but maybe sunken down and raises just around the stem of the plant? Perhaps there are better meshes than a ground tile to use.. idk.

 

I could look at this but I am too busy. it just crossed my mind so though I would write it here.

 

I play using Frost and snow textures, so crops often look out of place in direct snow.

 

Surely all those settlers tending to those crops are turning the soil over.
