I think the current lack of support for non-rigid objects attached to the actor is a bigger issue. The script for this just isnt there yet. Modders could try to replicate this with tons of animations. but then again, animations are a massive pain in the bummer. So why dont we let Bethesda create the template in their DLC and expand on that with mods.
