Stamina/Health Regen on Rings

I've noticed that though we can loot rings with Fortify Stamina Regen, we cannot put those enchantments on rings, ourselves.

 

So, I wanted to make a simple little plug-in that corrected that issue.

 

Unfortunately, I don't know how to go about doing that in either the Creation Kit or SSEEdit.

 

I realized that there are likely several mods that correct the issue, but they undoubtedly change a lot more.

I don't want to do more than allow rings to be enchanted with Fortify Stamina Regen.

 

Could someone help me out?

You can either manually change the FormList and worn restrictions inside Creation Kit, or use a mod like such: www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/40425 to remove all the enchantment worn restrictions.
