Deleted49413338User Posted September 3, 2018 Share Posted September 3, 2018 Is there any mod that edits human and feral ghoul unarmed hits to do zero damage while in PA or other decent armor? I can edit the value of the damage myself for unarmed "weapons" like punches, I but I want it to scale with armor, mostly feral ghoul hits. I feel like in a full set of power armor you should take no damage from them, and, if using Zombie Walkers on Survival mode, the chance of infection should be zero if in a full suit of armor and gradually increase with each piece of armor removed. Seems kinda cheaty, but there could be ways to counter it if playing a full survival mode and using other mods. I am hoping there is an easier way than having to add a infection resistance enchantment of varying levels to every single armor piece in the game. I would be happy even if the ferals did no damage or infection in PA and just 50% chance of infection if wearing armor. Im not sure if there are common keywords all armor pieces share but that might be the easier way edit something in large numbers at once. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If I add an effect that says FortifyDamageResist if WornhasKeyword ArmorTypePower and make it something like a value of 500 or higher for a Duration of 0 or maybe 1 second.. will that work or will I take the damage from the first hit and then get the effects of it? If this works I will add a fortify disease resistance too, But I have a feeling it would kick in a micro second after I take that first hit,still leaving me vulnerable to the disease. Perhaps I can add effects to the hit that actually cure the disease? but again, that is not ideal, if I already have infection it is just going to cure me to get hit... While enemies won't do 0 damage, smaller/weaker enemies are changed to do physical damage (for most of their damage), so DR affects them. It affects Feral ghoul Variants,Glowing one Variants, Mole Rat Variants, Rad Roach Variants, Feral dog Variants (Excluding dogmeat). https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/34491 If you want them to do 0, but also damage armor, I think you need to probably use scripts... Also I don't know about the mod you talked about, but again, you may need to edit the infection scripts to reduce the infection chance by like 10% of your DR or something. Or if it's handled by a disease, go ahead and add disease resist on power armor frame entrance, and remove it on exit.
