Custom Standalone Institute Walls

There's a lot of great mods out there that provide replacement textures for the Institute walls, floors, etc. However I was hoping somebody could create some standalone versions. Ideally, it would just have a few placeholder themes to start with, similar to this Custom Concrete Wall mod. That way the player can just copy in whatever retextures they want and the mod author wouldn't have to spend much time setting it all up in advance.
