Cant build second Hearthfire House

I have 1 hearthfire house build with no issues (windstad), I went to go build a second one (lakeveiw) and I can't do anything at all. I tired killing all enemies in the area, and waiting away from the house to see if it would help, I don't have the birds mod or another mod that had been listed but forgot the name of. Anyways not sure which mod is causing the glitch.

I'm no expert, but if I were you I'd start by uninstalling the mods that edit Lakeview. Test it without these mods to see if it allows you to build Lakeview. If it does then you know one of those mods were causing your issue. I may also be that one of those mods is clashing with another mod. I normally find it useful to also revisit the mod creator's page just incase someone has had similar issues to you and a solution has been found or just in case they've updated their list of mods that conflict with theirs. I normally test mods individually to see if they cause any problems on their own then gradually try two together to see if they're conflicting with each other, if they don't then I know I can rule them out.

Wow what a simple way to start to figure things out... haha

I did find that it was the Hearthfire balconies, didn't see anything on the page so I sent a message to the maker. Hopefully i'll get an answer.
