Midas Magic: can't make spell Rude Shove.

Can anyone confirm if they can create the spell Rude Shove with the Aurum Reactor? Recipe is 1 Gold Nugget, 1 Radish and 1 Rat Meat.

This is the first one I've had trouble with. When I cast a spell on it it gives no reaction (it's not a targeting issue, using open easy lock on the reactor shows the animation for that spell properly). No messages or anything, I'm not sure what's supposed to happen if the ingredients are wrong.

 

I've tried making some of the spells I already made but no reaction from those either, but I'm not sure if the reactor just won't make the same spell twice.

 

I did manage to get it to work for 2 spells I hadn't made yet (Rock something, the one before Rude Shove in the for dummies book, and mark/recall, but both of those only triggered when I tabbed into the menu after casting the spell on the reactor, so it felt very buggy. This started after I made the Rock something spell originlly (worked fine, reloaded to try again after having trouble with Rude Shove and as I said it was buggy that time).

 

Had a look through the esp in the construction set but can't see anything that looks particularly different to the other spells in the reactor script (although whether I'm reading the script right is another question entirely).

 

Can't post load order etc atm because at work, just hoping to get some confirmation if that spell just doesn't work or whether my game is bugged before I get home in the morning.

Never mind, I managed to figure it out. For some reason I had to use Midas Manaball again, since it seemed to have gone wrong after using it the first time I got it (went back through saves to work out when it went wrong). Have no idea how using that managed to cause such a specific bug, but whatever.
