Mods activated but not active in game

Dear Nexus Community,

 

I face the problem, that I downloaded some mods like StopWastingMyTime WotC or WOTC Show Health Values, installed them using NMM, activated them using the ModLauncherWPF.exe (afterwards they were listed in the DefaultModOptions.ini).

But after I started XCom 2 WotC, the mods are not active. I don't see the health numbers right next to the health bars like one of the installed mods should change.

 

I tried -regenerateinis but it didn't change anything.

 

Do I have to start a new game in order for the mods to take effect?
