duckley Posted June 9, 2012 Posted June 9, 2012 The mods in my overide file do not appear to be working. I have followed the instructions by the mod creators in all cases but.... I have also read the helpful article "Using Dragon Age Mods for Dummies" Right now I am having no luck with .mor files ( head morphs). The insturctions indicate that I am to pick the mor file I like and put it in m,y override file. I have no other mor files there. Any ideas?
Thandal Posted June 10, 2012 Posted June 10, 2012 ".mor" files in the "\override" folder are used to replace the faces of NPCs, so they have to be named EXACTLY right for the game to recognize and use them correctly. They cannot be used (directly) to replace your Warden's face. For that you'll need "DA Face Replacer", or a similar utility.

No I downloaded from Origin - it went to my program files : program files/Dragonb Age When I had the disc version than yes - that is where the files were found.( user's documents[/i]]\Bioware\Dragon Age.) I still have those files in the hopes one day I wold find my disc! The mods used to work. Should I delete them?

Thandal Posted June 10, 2012 Posted June 10, 2012 AHhhh, so same folder set-up as with the retail-disc install. Just make sure there's no other "alistair" morph anywhere else. Any past of the game in which your Warden appears should be fine, but realize that it won't be able to display an NPC's modded look in certain in-game movies (the ".bnk" files).
