Tyber Posted August 5, 2008 Share Posted August 5, 2008 I've played around with the CS a bit, so I know my way around, but beyond that I'm not very experienced with the CS. Anyway, I've been playing around with Midas companion Kali, but after a while I thought she was a bit overpowered for my lvl 15 self, so I decided to fix that. I edited her weapon & its enchantment, as well as an ability that gives her buffs. It saves just fine, but when I go to play the game, Oblivion freezes right after it starts loading (the game itself, not the save). So I open it back up and get the following errors: "Duplicate Form ID (02062F26) encountered in file 'KaliMMC.esp' " "SetFormID bashing entry in form ID map 02062F26.Form basher: type CELL_IDBashed form: CELL Form 'BRFirePlane01' (02062F26)" "Errors were encountered during InitItem for interior cell:Cell 'BRFirePlane01' (02062F26)" as well as a some others that I don't think are an issue. Here's the deal. The companion is found in the fire plane cell. This cell is added by MidasSpells.esp (a dependency). I think the problem is that since both mods use this cell, but the CS treats them as duplicates since they have the same ID, even though KaliMMC should just be referencing it. I've kept a copy of the unedited esp so I can revert it when it screws up. However, is there a way to do what I want to do and have it work?
