Issues with adding mods from URL (Nexus Mod Manager)

Hello, my name is Kaitlyn and sadly I am a Vista user.

Alright, now that the little niceties and formality is out of the way.

I have been having multiple issues with the Nexus Mod Manager and the website for a while. As this topic here is mainly for the Nexus Mod Manager issues, I will begin with those.

_Nexus Mod Manager_

Issue One: Adding a mod from URL does not work. If I do not remove the HTTP, it says it is not a valid URL. However, if I DO remove it, the program simply freezes and I am forced to end the process.

Issue Two: Clicking on the update flag for an installed mod will sometimes direct me to a completely different page. When clicking on an update flag for Ultimate Follower Overhaul, I do not appreciate being redirected to Animated Prostitution.

Issue Three: I don't know if it is a memory leak or what, but the program can sometimes eat up twice as many resources as Skyrim.

_The Website_

This started on the Oblivion nexus. This has been going on since the beta began. I seem to be the only one afflicted, however. It simply started with the green Go buttons vanishing, so I could no longer sort by endorsements and the like. It then moved onto the Download with Manager button being removed. My friends can honestly say that they still have these buttons though.

Well, this had been going on since the beta started. Yesterday, both of these things happened to the Skyrim nexus. I have cleared the cookies on all my browsers, tested the site on the other browsers, tried shutting down Adblock, ran virus scans, all to no avail. To say I am getting frustrated is an understatement. If anyone has any other suggestions, that would be great.
