SXT96 - Formal warning issued

SXT96 has received a formal warning. This user has now received 1 formal warnings. The warning was given for the following reason:

 

Repeated violation of the image upload rule for the normal image share area

Repeated upload of an image not allowed in the normal image share area, previously removed with extensive notification referring to the rules concerning images in the normal image share area.

The user uploaded an image 10 September 2018, 05:49PM, showing nudity not allowed in the normal image share area in accordance with the Nexus Terms and Policies and the Adult Content Guidelines. The image has been removed for that reason 10 Sep 2018, 7:33PM.
Extensive notification has been given with the removal, referring to the Tems and Policies/Adult Content Guidelines.

The user re-uploaded the same image 10 September 2018, 11:08PM, ignoring the notification given with the removal of their image 10 September 2018, 07:33PM.

There is a general warning in the image upload form (normal image share area) concerning nudity that says:
„Nudity is not permitted. Do not post images that include: breasts, genitalia, buttocks or characters that are wearing next to nothing. For further information consult our adult content guidelines.“

This warning has been ignored twice now.

Terms and Policies, Image Share terms and rules (excerpt):

No nudity
Images showing nudity are absolutely prohibited in the normal image share. This rule is applicable to images showing full frontal/rear nudity and partial nudity (uncovered breasts, genitals, buttocks), pictures showing characters wearing extremely revealing outfits (transparent, semi-transparent dresses, string bikinis, micro-bikinis, clothes that leave sensitive areas or pubic hair visible).

Supporters' Image Share
If you would like to share images that are forbidden from being uploaded to the normal Image Share with other Nexus members you will need to upload your images to the Supporters Image Share section. This section has more relaxed rules, especially in regards to nudity. In order to access the Supporters Image Share section you will need to either be a Supporter or Premium Member.

Mature content other than nudity
Images showing gore, extreme violence, skimpy outfits and any other subjects that would be frowned upon in a conservative working environment or on a family friendly beach should be tagged as Adult. You should note that tagging an image as Adult does not exempt you from the no-nudity rule on Nexus, the term adult means: content, other than nudity, that is not safe for work/not safe for minors.
